These terms apply when you use go.mortgagesolver.ca (the "site"), which is operated by MortgageSolvers, a mortgage team operating under Pineapple Financial Inc., FSRA Brokerage Licence #12830. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Mortgage brokerage services are provided through Pineapple Financial Inc., FSRA Brokerage Licence #12830, 5343 Dundas St W, Suite 601, Etobicoke, ON M9B 6H8. In Ontario, our licensed mortgage agent is Anahat Virk (Level 2, Lic. M24000368), regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). In Alberta, our licensed associate is Ethan Pushpakaran (Lic. 00136330), regulated by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). We are a mortgage broker, not a lender. We arrange financing with third-party lenders.

No offer or guarantee

Completing our questionnaire is free and does not commit you to anything. The questionnaire's results, and any example rates, payments or terms shown on this site, are estimates for information only. They are not an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval. Every mortgage is subject to the lender's approval of your application, credit and property (O.A.C.), and the actual rates, fees and terms you are offered may differ.

Fees

Before you commit to anything, we will give you a written disclosure of every cost of your mortgage, including the interest rate, the annual percentage rate (APR), lender fees, brokerage fees and any other charges. Lender and brokerage fees are usually deducted from the mortgage advance. You are never charged for completing the questionnaire or for speaking with an advisor.

Contacting you

When you submit your details, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, text message or email, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us. Message and data rates may apply.

Your information

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and is yours to give. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

This site's content is provided for general information and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Content may change without notice. You may not copy or reuse the site's content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MortgageSolvers and Pineapple Financial Inc. are not liable for any loss that results from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection or mortgage brokerage law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If your property is in Alberta, the laws of Alberta apply to the brokerage services you receive.
